Boeing Ukraine is seeking a Engineering Team Leadto join the Production Engineering organization in Kyiv Ukraine.
Position Responsibilities:
Coordinates and implements new engineering principles theories advanced technologies and concepts.
Validates and ensures production readiness of solutions to complex problems.
Resolves technical problems that would significantly affect performance cost or schedule.
Develops and implements cost effective and improved processes for Lean production and tooling methodologies. As a member of an integrated product team integrates technical solutions to ensure process and product reliability.
Implements Lean principles and technologies. Improves product development and execution performance.
Investigates alternative solutions to meet the producibility requirements.
Initiate assesses process capabilities on the product definition at a team level.
Assists in providing input to the program plan to ensure that producibility activities and deliverables are incorporated.
Assists in providing resource estimates for producibility functions to the team leader
Organizes prioritizes schedules and assign work packages to team members.
Checks daily/weekly work progress against schedules.
Ensures compliance with contractual operational and regulatory requirements.
Ensures on-time delivery and high quality standards of work performed by the team.
Foresees and prevents potential conflicts and risks associated with package completion.
Develops training plans and train team members.
Develops and plans manufacturing concepts and strategies to support business objectives.
Leads investigation and resolution of complex or systemic manufacturing related issues.
Leads development of complex work statements and sequencing of events to support delivery commitments.
Develops and documents new job practices techniques and standards.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
A key player in MWW team.
4+ years of engineering work experience.
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in Engineering is a must.
Fluent English is a must as well as Ukrainian.
