- Cooperate with the HR/recruiting team to understand HR program requirements and team goals by applying creativity and innovation to support the fast-paced HR team globally
- Collect valid data and analyze hiring funnels to ensure recruiting health and help with hiring efficiency improvements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to better support global recruiting excellence
- Assist with performance review of employees and the implementation of employee care activities
- Support on recruiting issues if neccesary.
- Prefer students who graduate in 2022 or 2023
- Demonstrate interest in human resource field. Keen to connect with people
- Fluent in reading writing and oral English multilingual ability is a plus
- Great communicator and team player
- Proven ability to develop sound research methodologies and collect synthesize analyze and interpret data.
