Merchandiser (Indian Nationals)


We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Merchandisers to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating product displays, managing inventory levels, and ensuring that products are properly priced and promoted. This role requires excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective display strategies for products
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and preferences
- Ensure that all products are properly priced and promoted according to company guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of product displays
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from customers
- Create reports on sales performance, market trends, and inventory levels

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- 2+ years of experience in merchandising or related field
- Strong knowledge of retail industry trends and consumer behavior
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
