Merchandiser for Indian Nationals in Kuwait

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability of our products in the Kuwait market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences
- Create product displays and arrange merchandise in attractive ways to promote sales
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and quantities for products
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Develop promotional strategies and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns
- Build strong relationships with key clients and maintain excellent customer service standards

Requirements:
- Indian national, preferably with experience working in Kuwait or the Middle East region
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, pricing strategies, and marketing techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel within Kuwait when necessary
