Office Assistant for Malayalees in Al-Kuwait
We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office and ensuring smooth operations on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly
- Maintain and update company records and databases
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents as needed
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and data analysis as required
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Ensure the office is tidy and well-maintained at all times
Requirements:
- Fluent in Malayalam (spoken) is preferred
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of biometric passport processes is a plus
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
