Logistics Coordinator - Contract Position (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Jabal-Ali, UAE. As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the movement of goods and materials both domestically and internationally. You will work closely with suppliers, shipping companies, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Communicate with suppliers and shipping companies to resolve any issues or delays
- Process import/export documentation and ensure compliance with customs regulations
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments, including tracking information and costs
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure timely replenishment of stock
- Identify areas for cost savings through efficient logistics processes
- Conduct regular audits of logistics procedures to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role in the UAE
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs procedures in the UAE
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills would be an advantage)
