Merchandiser - Full Time (Pakistani/Egyptian Nationals)

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Merchandisers to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing and promoting our products in retail stores and ensuring they are displayed attractively to maximize sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales team to develop and implement merchandising strategies
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences
- Negotiate with store managers for prime product placement and displays
- Set up product displays and maintain visual appeal in stores
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with sales team to ensure adequate stock levels
- Train store staff on product features, benefits, and selling techniques
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper implementation of merchandising plans
- Provide feedback on customer reactions, competitor activities, and market trends

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of retail industry trends and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have full-time availability
- Own visa preferred but not required
- English language proficiency is not mandatory
