Job Title: Merchandiser (Full-Time)



We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing product displays, promotions, and marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit retail stores to set up displays and ensure products are properly stocked and presented
- Collaborate with sales team to develop effective marketing strategies
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any need for restocking
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Work closely with suppliers to negotiate prices, product placements, and promotional opportunities
- Train store staff on product features and benefits to increase customer engagement
- Travel within assigned territory regularly to maintain relationships with clients

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in retail industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market trends
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques is a plus
- Must have a valid driver's license
