Merchandiser - English Speaking (Full-Time, Visa Sponsorship)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales and drive business growth. This position is open to Indian nationals with strong English speaking skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising plans in accordance with company objectives
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design product displays and promotions
- Manage inventory levels and analyze sales data to optimize product assortment
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms
- Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques
- Monitor competitor activities and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Indian nationality preferred
- Valid work visa for Kuwait or willingness to obtain one
