We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. This position is suitable for men and does not require English proficiency. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office by providing administrative support to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital
- Assist with data entry and document preparation
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Help with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and tracking expenses
- Provide support to other departments as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Excellent time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Must have a biometric passport
- Must be able to work full time without accommodation
- Indian nationality preferred
