Merchandiser (Malayalee)

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Merchandiser who is fluent in English, to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products to customers in a retail setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences
- Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Create eye-catching product displays to attract customers
- Ensure that products are properly stocked and rotated on shelves
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to promote products effectively
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or complaints

Requirements:
- Must be a fluent English speaker with strong communication skills
- Previous experience in merchandising or sales is required
- Knowledge of the Malayalee community and culture is preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
