Office Assistant (English-Speaking)
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have experience working in an office setting. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with daily tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely manner
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintaining office cleanliness and organization
- Ordering and restocking office supplies as needed
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Filing documents and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinating travel arrangements for employees when necessary
- Providing general support to all departments as needed
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (additional languages such as Hindi or Urdu are a plus)
- Previous experience working in an office environment preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
