We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents as needed
- Support the finance department by processing invoices and tracking expenses
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Other duties as assigned by the management team
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Indian nationality preferred
- No previous experience required; training will be provided on the job
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to work full-time in Al-Kuwait without accommodation
