We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual who is looking for a dynamic and challenging career in the retail industry.

As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability of our products. You will work closely with the sales team to develop effective merchandising plans that align with our company's goals and objectives. Your main duties will include conducting market research, analyzing trends, creating product displays, and managing inventory levels.

To be successful in this role, you must have prior experience as a Merchandiser preferably in the retail industry. You should also have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure. Proficiency in Malayalam language is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify current trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies.
- Analyze data to develop effective merchandising plans that drive sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand product performance and develop strategies to increase sales.
- Create attractive product displays that highlight key features and promotions.
- Monitor inventory levels and make necessary adjustments to ensure products are readily available for customers.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Train store staff on visual merchandising techniques and brand standards.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Requirements:
- Malayalee national preferred.
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser in the retail industry.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Malayalam.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with retail software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability through effective merchandising strategies.
