English Language Teacher


Our language school in Al-Kuwait is currently seeking a qualified English Language Teacher to join our team. As a teacher, you will be responsible for creating and implementing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback to help students improve their English language skills.

Responsibilities:
- Create engaging lesson plans that cover all aspects of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, and conversational skills
- Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to ensure students are actively learning and engaged in the classroom
- Assess student progress through regular quizzes, tests, and assignments
- Provide individualized feedback to students to help them improve their language skills
- Collaborate with other teachers to share resources and best practices
- Communicate with parents or guardians about student progress and any concerns
- Stay updated on current trends and methods in language teaching

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Teaching certification or qualification in teaching English as a second language
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Previous experience teaching English as a second language preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Flexible schedule to accommodate evening classes
