Merchandiser for Indian Market in Al-Kuwait


Our company is seeking a motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team and oversee the Indian market in Al-Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective merchandising strategies to increase sales and profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with Indian retailers in Al-Kuwait
- Conduct market research to understand consumer needs and preferences
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Plan and execute product displays and promotions to attract customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure products are placed in strategic locations
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as necessary
- Negotiate pricing, discounts, and promotions with retailers
- Train store staff on product features and benefits to drive sales
- Attend trade shows and events to showcase products

Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality with a valid biometric passport
- Minimum of 2 years experience in merchandising, preferably in the Indian market
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with retailers
- Knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and retail industry in Al-Kuwait
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel within Al-Kuwait for store visits and meetings
