Administrative Assistant - Medina, Saudi Arabia
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a full-time position and the candidate must be able to work Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence via email, phone calls, and mail
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Assist with organizing events, conferences, and seminars
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as recording expenses and invoices
- Conduct research on various topics as requested
- Liaise with internal departments and external organizations as needed
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or related role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- High level of attention to detail
- Professional attitude with strong work ethic
