We are currently hiring a Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted in the most effective way to increase sales and brand awareness.

Responsibilities:
- Set up displays and arrange products in an attractive and organized manner
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the sales team to ensure product availability
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and competition
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies
- Train and educate store staff on product features and benefits
- Ensure that all products have correct pricing and information displayed
- Perform regular store visits to check on product displays and availability
- Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to increase sales opportunities
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or Malayalam is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of retail industry trends and consumer behavior
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Physically fit to lift, move, and arrange product displays as needed
- Availability for full-time work without accommodation
