Office Assistant
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This position is open to all nationalities, with visa sponsorship provided for Indian candidates. No English proficiency is required for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients, both in person and over the phone
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and faxes
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needs, placing orders, and verifying receipt of supplies
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and invoice processing
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
