Office Assistant - Administrative Support (Indian Nationals)
We are seeking a skilled Office Assistant to provide administrative support to our office in Al-Kuwait. As an Indian national, you will join our team of English-speaking professionals and use your experience to assist with various tasks such as organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will ensure the smooth functioning of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and data entry
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
