Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Understand clients' insurance needs and provide them with suitable policy options.
- Explain policy coverage, terms, and conditions to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Prepare quotes and proposals for clients based on their specific needs.
- Follow up with clients on a regular basis to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Requirements:
- Pakistani nationality is preferred for this role.
- Fluency in English is required as it is the primary language of communication in this role.
- No prior experience in insurance sales is required; however, previous sales experience will be considered an asset.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
