Office Assistant - Indian Candidates Only
A well-established company in Al-Kuwait is seeking an experienced and organized Office Assistant to join our team. We are looking for a candidate who is a fluent English speaker and holds Indian nationality.
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support our office operations. Your duties will include answering phone calls, responding to emails, organizing and maintaining files, and assisting with data entry.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also be familiar with basic office equipment and have knowledge of Microsoft Office. Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Respond to emails in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Assist with data entry on various platforms
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed
- Schedule appointments for the team members
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
Requirements:
- Indian nationality is a must
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in using basic office equipment (computers, printers, etc.)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
