Administrative Assistant in Medina
We are hiring an organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Medina. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our company’s managers and employees, ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time-management skills, as well as the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers
- Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and reports
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate departments
- Greet visitors and direct them to the correct person or department
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads and scheduling interviews
- Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing necessary documents and setting up their workspace
- Conduct research on various topics as needed
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
Location:
This position is based in Medina. However, we welcome applicants from all African countries or those who are fluent English speakers from any country.
