Warehouse Manager


The Warehouse Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our company's warehouse in Riyadh, ensuring efficient and timely movement of goods and materials. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular stock checks
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Train and supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling shifts and assigning tasks
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper handling of hazardous materials
- Communicate with suppliers and customers to resolve any issues or delays in shipments
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate logistics for incoming/outgoing shipments
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and shipments using warehouse management software

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse management role is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards common goals
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using warehouse management software
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
