Indian Office Assistant in Al-Kuwait
We are currently hiring for an Indian Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait on a contract basis. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate should have experience in office administration and be familiar with biometric passport processes.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and letters
- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and placing orders when needed
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the management team
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Ensure that all office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with biometric passport processes is a plus
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English is required
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
Location:
This job is located in Al-Kuwait. Candidates must be willing to relocate or already reside in Al-Kuwait.
Contract:
This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance.
