Merchandiser - Al-Kuwait


As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner in retail stores in Al-Kuwait. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement merchandising strategies that will increase product visibility and sales.

Responsibilities:
- Implement merchandising plans and strategies to maximize product visibility and sales
- Visit retail stores regularly to ensure that our products are properly displayed and stocked
- Arrange displays according to brand guidelines and seasonal promotions
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or overstock situations
- Train store staff on product features, benefits, and selling techniques
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
- Provide feedback to the sales team on product performance, customer feedback, and market trends
- Collaborate with the marketing team on creating promotional materials for in-store displays
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role within the retail industry
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and principles
- Strong communication skills in English; fluency in Urdu/Hindi is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design aesthetics
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment
Salary:
$1700 per month

Location:
Al-Kuwait

Preference:
Pakistani nationals preferred
