Office Assistant for Malayalees in Al-Kuwait
We are currently hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait, specifically seeking candidates of Malayalee nationality. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ and accommodation provided.
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Your main duties will include answering phone calls, responding to emails, maintaining office supplies, and organizing documents.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills. Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required. We welcome freshers to apply as well.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Responding to emails and other correspondence in a timely manner
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
- Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files
- Assisting with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the office space
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Requirements:
- Malayalee nationality preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is a plus
- Knowledge of basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills
