English Language Teacher

We are in need of a qualified and experienced English Language Teacher to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a language teacher, your main responsibility will be to provide quality instruction to students and help them develop their English language skills. You will be working with students of different ages and levels, so adaptability and effective communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver lessons that are engaging, interactive, and tailored to meet the needs of individual students
- Utilize a variety of teaching techniques and resources to enhance student learning
- Evaluate student progress and provide timely feedback on their performance
- Create a positive learning environment that encourages participation and fosters confidence in students
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English language or related field
- Teaching certification or license is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching English as a second language
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Ability to work with diverse groups of students from different backgrounds
- Strong classroom management skills
- Passion for teaching and commitment to student success
