Secretary in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia for Indian Nationals
We are hiring a skilled Secretary to join our team in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. As a Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. This is an urgent full-time position that does not require previous experience or English proficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain a filing system for important documents
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Provide general support to visitors
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Proven work experience as a Secretary or similar role is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi or any Indian language
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Basic understanding of budgeting and bookkeeping principles is a plus
Salary:
1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
