Office Assistant (Pakistani/Malayalee candidates preferred)
Our office in Al-Kuwait is seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an office setting and must be fluent in English. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with various projects as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate person
- Managing office calendars and scheduling appointments
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and ordering as needed
- Filing and organizing documents both electronically and physically
- Assisting with data entry, typing, and other administrative tasks
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Providing general support to colleagues as needed
Requirements:
- Pakistani or Malayalee nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Biometric passport required
Salary: 1700$ per month (without accommodation)
