Merchandiser
As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing product displays, promotions and marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that products are stocked and presented in an attractive and organized manner. Your role will also involve conducting market research, analyzing consumer trends, and identifying new opportunities for product placement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques and consumer behavior
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Must have own visa in Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing product displays that attract customers' attention
- Set up promotional materials such as banners, posters, and signage
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained
- Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences and trends
- Collaborate with sales team to develop effective marketing strategies
- Maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms for products
- Analyze sales data to track performance of products and make recommendations for improvement
- Provide training to store staff on product features, benefits, and selling points
- Ensure that all products are priced accurately according to company guidelines
