IT Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Riyadh. As an Information Technology Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology infrastructure of our company and managing a team of IT professionals. Your main goal will be to ensure that our technology systems are efficient, secure, and up-to-date in order to support our business operations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies and plans in line with company goals
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of all hardware and software systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and evaluating their performance
- Ensure data security and privacy by implementing adequate measures
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and make recommendations for upgrades or new systems
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide solutions
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime in case of system failures
- Manage relationships with external vendors for purchasing hardware, software, or services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking, security protocols, hardware installation, and software development
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of implementing effective technology strategies
- Ability to keep up with technological advancements
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in English is preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of $1300 per month.

City:
This position is based in Riyadh.

Preference:
Preference will be given to Indian nationals currently residing in Riyadh. This position is open to all nationalities.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with standard working hours from Sunday to Thursday.

Accommodation:
This is a position without accommodation. Candidates should have their own accommodation in Riyadh.

Passport:
Candidates must have a valid biometric passport to be considered for this position.

Experience Level:
This is a mid-level position suitable for experienced IT professionals. Freshers with exceptional qualifications and skills may also be considered.

Language:
Fluency in English is preferred for this role. Knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage but is not required.
