Administrative Assistant - Al Ahmadi, Kuwait
Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments and ensuring efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various clerical duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and ensure all equipment is in working order
- Prepare and maintain documents and reports
- Assist with organizing meetings and events
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for staff members
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with data entry tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
- Pakistani or Egyptian nationality preferred
- No previous experience required
- On-site accommodation available

Salary: $900 per month
