Restaurant Manager (Indian Cuisine)
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our Indian restaurant in Al Ahmadi. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, operations, and customer satisfaction. Your main duties will include hiring and training staff, creating schedules, ensuring high-quality food and service, managing inventory and budgets, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the food and beverage industry. Excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service are also essential. Additionally, familiarity with Indian cuisine and culture is preferred.
