Construction Manager

We are in need of an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Ar Rumaythiyah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and coordinate all construction activities on site
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Oversee quality control and safety measures on site
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and other vendors
- Prepare budgets and cost estimates for projects
- Identify potential issues or delays and implement solutions to keep the project on track
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably with projects in Ar Rumaythiyah
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards success
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions quickly under pressure
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalee or Egyptian preferred
- Must have valid visa to work in Ar Rumaythiyah
- Physically fit and able to work on site
