Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop seasonal menus that showcase local ingredients and follow current culinary trends
- Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation
- Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed in the kitchen
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to provide exceptional dining experiences for guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment
- Extensive knowledge of different cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles
- Ability to create innovative dishes while also maintaining classic dishes on the menu
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month plus benefits for the right candidate.
