Sales Manager - Nizwa, Oman
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company targets. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients and overseeing the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify potential clients and build relationships with them to generate new business opportunities
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual targets
- Conduct market research, analyze trends and provide insights on customer preferences and purchasing habits
- Prepare sales reports, budgets, and forecasts for senior management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the retail industry
- Knowledge of sales techniques, marketing principles, and customer service standards
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on market trends
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
