As a Merchandiser in Bayan, Africa, you will play a crucial role in the success of our company by managing and maintaining the appearance and organization of our products in various retail locations. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will ensure that our products are displayed and stocked according to company standards.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales team to determine product placement and inventory needs
- Visit retail locations regularly to ensure products are properly displayed and stocked
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with sales team for restocking needs
- Negotiate shelf space with retail managers to maximize product visibility
- Develop relationships with store managers to ensure product availability and placement
- Create eye-catching displays to attract customers and promote sales
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and competition

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a merchandiser or similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain visual standards
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to travel between retail locations regularly
- Knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and competition
- Must be fluent in English

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this contract position.
