Office Assistant
We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Assistant to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have previous experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ordering new items as needed
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Assist with document preparation and filing
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience as an office assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
