Job Title: Restaurant Manager for International Cuisine in Bayan, Egypt
As a Restaurant Manager for an international cuisine restaurant in Bayan, Egypt, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations. This includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hiring, training, and supervising staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
- Creating work schedules and managing employee performance to meet business needs
- Maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Monitoring food quality to ensure consistency and adherence to menu standards
- Developing marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Collaborating with the chef to create new menu items or specials based on customer feedback or market trends
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused with exceptional problem-solving skills

Salary: USD 1700 per month
