Sales Manager for African Market in Hawalli, Kuwait
As a Sales Manager for the African market in Hawalli, Kuwait, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they meet their targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and retain customers from the African market in Hawalli
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and coaching to help them meet their targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns targeted towards the African market
- Analyze sales data and use it to make strategic recommendations for improving sales performance
- Participate in trade shows and other events to showcase our products/services to potential customers
- Build strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the African market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, marketing principles, and customer service best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; fluency in English is preferred but not required
- Ability to lead a team effectively and foster a positive work environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on it
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed
