Office Administrator - Al Ahmadi, Kuwait
We are in search of a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to the team. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Maintain electronic and physical records
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
- Handle incoming calls and emails
- Liaise with clients and vendors
- Provide administrative support to team members
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
