Administrative Assistant (Malayalee)

Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a native Malayalee with strong English speaking skills and previous experience in an administrative role. This individual will be responsible for providing support to our team, managing office tasks, and maintaining efficient office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members
- Assist with meeting planning and logistics
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Greet visitors, answer inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
Requirements:
- Native Malayalee with strong English speaking skills
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Salary: $1700 per month
