Job Title: Sales Manager - Al-Kuwait (Indian Nationals Preferred)
We are a leading company in the retail industry, looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position is specifically open to Indian nationals who have experience in sales and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall sales activities of our company. This includes developing and implementing effective sales strategies, maintaining relationships with key clients, and achieving sales targets. You will also be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and excellent customer service
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and meet goals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Participate in negotiations with key clients to secure profitable deals
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in the retail industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong customer service skills with an ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the retail industry
- Indian national preferred due to cultural understanding
- Must be willing to work on a contract basis
- Own visa preferred
