Job Title: Courier Supervisor

As a Courier Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our courier team in Al-Kuwait. You will be responsible for coordinating and organizing delivery routes, managing a team of couriers, and ensuring that all packages are delivered promptly and accurately. The ideal candidate will have experience in the courier industry, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assign delivery routes to couriers
- Monitor and track deliveries to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Manage a team of couriers by providing guidance, training, and support
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding delivery services
- Oversee the maintenance of delivery vehicles and equipment
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, payments, and other relevant information
- Develop strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs within the courier department

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the courier industry
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Proficient in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team
- Familiarity with delivery software/systems
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary: 1300$ per month

Location: Al-Kuwait (candidates from Pakistan preferred)

Language Requirements: English proficiency required.
