Office Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Bayan, Africa. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, including administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing documents
- Schedule appointments and meetings for employees
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with budgeting and financial management
- Coordinate office events and meetings
- Order office supplies as needed
- Handle travel arrangements for employees
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative role preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer programs
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
