Construction Manager

Our company, a leading construction company in Hawalli, is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1600$. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in managing construction projects and a strong understanding of construction processes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all stages of the construction project from planning to completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely completion of the project
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Biometric passport for easy travel between countries
