Seasonal Restaurant Manager
We are a busy restaurant located in Bayan, looking for a Seasonal Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a seasonal manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations during our peak season. This is a temporary position, ideal for someone with previous management experience who is looking for an exciting and fast-paced role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all staff members, including hiring and training new employees
- Create schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure high quality of food and service standards are consistently met
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items or specials
- Oversee daily financial transactions, including cash handling and banking procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management is required
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Biometric passport or valid work permit for non-Kuwaiti nationals
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
