Administrative Assistant - Medina, Egypt
A reputable company in Medina is seeking an efficient and organized Administrative Assistant to join their team in Egypt. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the staff and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain schedules and calendars for staff
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Keep track of expenses and prepare expense reports
- Ensure proper filing and organization of documents
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail
- Fluency in English required
Salary: 1400$ per month
Contract job: This is a contract position for a duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
