Administrator - Bayan, Kuwait
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, maintaining records and databases, and handling correspondence. This position requires excellent communication skills, as well as proficiency in office software and systems. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role, strong time management skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a part-time position with a salary of 900$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the team
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting materials
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Handle incoming correspondence and respond to inquiries
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on tasks
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preference will be given to Indian candidates who have experience working as an administrator. This position does not require a biometric passport or accommodation.
